Harvest Moon by The Boyscouts

Remember the super blood moon eclipse a few weeks ago? The Boyscouts took this special eclipse as their inspiration for their latest minimal jewellery line, resulting in the Harvest Moon collection. The handmade items exude refinery with their round shapes and vibrant city vibes, what makes them perfect statement pieces to add to your daily attire. I styled my fave designs in a nonchalant way while still looking feminine and, of course, paired it with some cosy sneakers for a daily look. I love it how the pieces add this subtile elegance to your outfit, just the right amount of sophistication every women can use to make your normal day a special one :)! Wearing: &Other Stories sweater / Zara turtleneck / Cooperative trousers / Nike Air Max 95 / all jewellery by The Boyscouts “The magic of the harvest prevails under the reddish moon. It is a time of prosperity and time to be thankful for growth.” – The Boyscouts Special thanks to De Fabriek for using their amazing location

Comfort Layering

Fall season is all about comfort layering to me; wrapping yourself up in your favorite pieces one by one. Lately I have this thing for oversized sweats, slumber pants and turtlenecks, just because they simply allow you to move around the day, whatever you’ve planned. I feel like with these pieces you can show up on all kind of events, from a network meeting or a coffee date to an exposition opening and dinner parties, it’s comfortable, cozy and elegant at the same time. And the fact you can simply change your look by pulling off a layer or two, makes it even more fun to play with. But there’s more! This project is also part of my latest collab with Cleo Goossens, a lovely photographer based in my hometown, Eindhoven. We both have a similar eye for minimalism, clean visuals and neutral colortones. Where I clearly take these elements into my wardrobe, Cleo captures this vision in her dreamy pictures of the outdoor and nature (mostly together with her dog Wolf). So what’s better …

Stampd introduces Womens line for AW15

I’ve been waiting for this line to drop since I found out about it a few months ago and yes, it’s almost here! Stampd introduces their first women’s capsule line, featuring tees, jerseys, sport tops and a cropped version of their iconic strapped bomber. Even though the ladies can pick from the boys section as well, it’s nice to see founder Chris Stamp dedicates a full line to the streetwear gals, and gives us a warm welcome. Expect a fine mix of quality materials the luxury streetwear line is known for, such as neoprene and performance tech fabric updated with sleek silhouettes to complement the female form. And, of course, lots of black staples are involved. Available from November 17 on 12AM PST online only, where each item is limited to 100 pieces. Still making some decisions, what about you?

His and Hers with EFFRA

So thrilled to finally share you this project we did with EFFRA, a contemporary jewellery brand based in London. Not only because of the lovely pieces we got to work with, but it also gave me the chance to do a ‘His & Hers’ concept together with my boyfriend. With their signature swallow, EFFRA fuses contemporary design with iconic aesthetics. Minimalist designs meets traditional craftmanship, EFFRA def knows how to add some understated elegance to your everyday attire. From matte gold to handhammered finishes, laser engraving techniques and hand stamped marks of authenticity, they make sure all of their pieces are one of a kind combining old with the new. For this shoot we’ve tried to capture this vision while infusing our own personalities as well. For Jordi it ment showing his creativity as he’s an illustrator with a huge affection for craftmanship, and for me I’ve tried to embody my minimalistic taste mixed with that signature urban vibe to it. Shot in one of Philips renovated factories, we wanted to give the serie a …
