Concrete sea

oops, I’ve been very absent lately. Some may know I’m running my own business next to blogging and last few weeks were hectic, really hectic. But that’s a good thing right, so I can’t complain! I’d like to be more dedicated though concerning my activities for un-cluttered, but as you see it doesn’t always works out the way I like. So sorry about that, I try to catch up from now on! In the mean time I got my hands on a really cool project together with my boyfriend. Can’t tell too much already but who follows me on snapchat (ChloeAlyshea) may have seen a little preview! For this secret collab we were looking for a cool location to shoot and we came across this AH-MAH-ZING rooftop. It felt like I was walking on a concrete sea, well, sort of ;). I couldn’t resist to shoot a new look at this place for un-cluttered as well, so here we go. I’m wearing this floaty white ensemble together with the Velocity sneakers from Axel Arigato. It’s …

Kat’s Meow

After my first adventure with Ace & Tate last month, our story continues with even more eyecandy! This time I’m flirting with the Kat’s Meow, the very first premium sunglasses released by the brand last week. The frames are available in two colorways: black and… marble (omg yes!), both executed with copper temples. The sunglasses come in limited editions with only 150 pieces available each color. For those who follow me for a while now, know I have this little marble obsession going on for years. So when I found out about this special release, I just knew these were going to be mine. For always, and always. Meow! Ace & Tate Kat Meow Frames | &Other Stories sweater | Zara Trousers & Earrings | New Balance 990 Sneakers |

adidas NMD R-1 Runners

I really like how adidas continues to create and innovate, especially with their latest NMD R-1 runners. Referring to their Micro Pacer (1985), The Rising Star (1986) and The Boston Super (1987), they gave the new NMD runners a total modern update. One with renewed shapes, better materials and full of technical specs. It all comes perfectly together into this timeless runner. Yes, I said timeless, as I do think these shoes can be worn over decades (if you can keep ‘m white and bright ;P). I paired the sneakers with a clean white denim, a classic shirt and a Palace Skateboard jacket for an urban city feel. Structured Views

Yes it’s me wearing frames, and no, they’re not fake! Normally you don’t see me wearing them because I’m used to my contact lenses I wear day in – day out, and a boring pair of glasses I only wear at home. (And they’re super nerdy, believe me.) But hey, it’s 2k16, a pair of glasses is not only functional anymore, but also used to accessorize your outfit with nowadays. It got me rethinking: why not adding some devine eyecandy? Right, there’s no reason not to. So I started looking around and finally came across this sweet pair from Ace & Tate, and yes, it was love at first sight. Literally. I’m wearing the Lucca Malibu Peach design, containing a lovely matte transparant frame. The peachy color matches really good with my skin tone for a subtle blend with my face. But, still manages to keep its bold & standout look. For me the perfect pair to unite with my minimalistic looks. Ace & Tate Frames | Weekday Top | COS Denim | Raf Simons …

“Borrowed from the boys”

I’m kicking off Spring season with a bunch of new white denim staples. Running with the “Borrowed from the Boys” mentality, Publish Brand has just released their first full women’s line including the label’s iconic jogger pants, button-downs and more. Dubbed as Publish Brand HERS the collection is titled ‘The Daydreamer’, influenced by the late 90’s with a modern, clean update. Blurring the line between him & her, I really like their female approach to these designs. I’m all set for Spring now, what about you? PUMA x Stampd Blaze of Glory Black editions

Chris Stamp continues to join forces with PUMA and now introduces Stampd Athletics by Puma Season 2. Complemented with this release comes the Blaze of Glory sneakers in rendered tonal leather and suede panels. The shoe features a classic Trinomic sole with special toggled elastic closures for some extra heat. I love the sleek silhouette of the sneakers and the super balanced minimal aesthetic of it. The details can be found in the use of different fabrics like the perforated pieces, suede panels and neoprene finishes. It’s a well thought-through representation of the dark weaves inspired by Californian culture. And yes, they are a great match for the ladies as well due to its sophisticated looks. So, welcome to the sneaker family! A full look will be there soon, so to be continued..

When two become one with EFFRA

I’m so excited to share this new collaboration with London based jewelry brand EFFRA, known for their unisex, minimalistic pieces. I’ve worked with the brand a few months ago (catch it here) and we wanted to create a new series which highlights the special connection between my boyfriend and I. EFFRA was the perfect companion in this, as we both share the same values when it comes to clean silhouettes and contemporary design aesthetics. ‘When two become one’ really explains everything about my connection with Jordi and forms the base for this project. We’ve been together for almost nine years now and I can’t even imagine we would be separated anytime soon. He’s my soulmate, my best friend, my lover… He reads my mind and understands every part of me, even the weird parts. From teenage lovebirds to grown up partners, being where we are at now… Describing your relationship in a few sentences is really difficult so let the following pictures tell our love story :)! #happyvalentinesday All Accessories by EFFRA | Pictures by …

One night in Paris

About a month ago my boyfriend and I went to Paris for a one night stay as a little present for Christmas. So romantic right? Haha. We never went to Paris together before, so this was the perfect opportunity to do a quick meet-up with the city of love. Last time I’ve visited Paris was to enjoy Disneyland, and I’m talking about a way long time ago. So I never actually had the chance to do a good city exploring really, next to seeing the usual touristy stuff like the Eiffel Tower and Moulin Rouge (never been inside though!). So this trip was all about enjoying Paris like a local would do, and I have to say we quite succeeded at that! After a 4 hour drive we arrived at our super cute stay for the night: Hotel Henriette. The moment you walk in the hotel you get pretty overwhelmed with all the lovely stuff you see blending in with the exquisite interior design. Henriette’s founder has a background in fashion and you can tell …

My first
sneaker purchase of 2016: New Balance 990 GL3

Even though 2015 was full of some serious sneaker heat (find an overview over here), I know 2016 is off to a good start already. I’m talking about my first sneaker purchase of the new year: the New Balance 990 GL3. Normally I’m not that New Balance type of person, but when I saw this iconic running shoe I just couldn’t resist them. Made in the USA, the shoe is filled with technology and rich in history. Due to its iconic silhouette mixed up with some modern features they are the perfect everyday beaters for me. What are your thoughts on these? Gearing up for Winter

Even though I’m a sucker for Summer, I kinda love the Winter season as well. I mean, walking your way through some crispy snow and ending the day with a cup of hot chocolate drink on the couch, sometimes Winter do has its charms. (Still waiting for some snow to arrive while writing this. *Sigh) As I mentioned before, I’m always struggling finding the perfect winter cover-up (you can read why over here). And believe it or not, but I think I’m quite sorted for the coming months as I stumbled upon this lovely coat by Native Youth. This UK-based label designs timeless pieces but is always versatile enough to keep it cool. This updated version of the classic bomber will keep you warm for sure, and forms the perfect throw-over as you can wear it with almost every outfit. A fluffy roll neck sweater and cigarette pants is worn underneath to create a more classy and feminine look. I’m geared up for Winter now, what about you? Native Youth Jacket, Sweater & Pants | …
